Crazy Science Family Concert

Arrive: Oct 21 at 6PM

- 6:00 Pre-event Prayer Time for any who can make it – north wing Green classroom

- 6:15 Role orientation for all Stations (if we have enough, not everyone will need to stay ‘til the end)

- 6:25-9:00 PM @ assigned Stations:Welcome teams (2-3 people @ each entrance door) - 6 team membersAuditorium entrance doors (2 people @ each of 3 entrances) - 6Greeters (tour guides & general ‘hosts’) - 4Safety Squad (30 minutes before & after service @ FunBay & Gymnasium) - 2+Altar Team (@ front of Auditorium throughout music portion & after service if needed) - 2-4Doug’s Merchandise Table (before & after @ the lobby) – 2-4

9:00-9:30 PM Clean-Up Auditorium & KidCity spaces in prep for Sunday.
