We’re on a journey of learning & growing together.
Pilates is a safe, effective method of rehabilitation & exercise that focuses on toning, improving strength & flexibility. Various exercise sequences performed in low repetitions, allows participants to progress at their own pace over a 60-minute session. Led by a qualified Pilates instructor.

Her heart burns with one purpose: to do what God put her on the planet to do and see other women experience deep healing and walk confidently in their God-given purpose. Through relevant teaching and authentic connection, she helps women discover just how deeply they are loved by their heavenly Father.
As Discipleship Pastor at Home Church in Red Deer, Alberta, Pastor Barb's love for Jesus shines through everything she does. Her deep commitment to her church family spans over three decades, matched only by her devotion to her husband Vince and their four children.
