Parents, does your teen want to be part of our Trampoline Park event on FRIDAY, April 22nd 7:00-9 PM? Here are the necessary steps BEFORE THURSDAY APR.21 @ NOON:
Parents MUST fill in the online WAIVER @ LaunchPad Trampoline Park’s website*: ONLINE E-WAIVER for each person under 18 attending. *Includes LaunchPad details & rules. Adults who want to jump must bring valid ID.
If you haven’t already, parents MUST print & fill in the CCC Youth PERMISSION FORM for the 2021/2022 school year & send it with their youth or submit it to the Church office T-F 9-4 or Info Centre on Sunday.
SIGN-UP HERE to be included in our CCC Youth Group special rate BEFORE THE SIGN-UP CLOSES @ 4 pm APRIL 21st.
Youth drop off & pick up is at LaunchPad Trampoline Park on April 22nd, 7:00-9:00 pm.
COST: Approx. $15-23/jumper. The group discount depends on our numbers. Bring $/bank card (NO TAP) to LaunchPad @ 7:00. We will know by Thursday noon the final cost. You’ll see it adjusted if you reopen your registration, & you can pay online right there! Those who prepay online by 4 pm Thursday won’t have to arrive as early at LaunchPad, but can arrive at 7:20 instead of 7:00!
Optional to bring extra spending $ for the concession. They sell nachos, chip, slushies, etc. BYO water bottle & snacks from home if you like.
